Yuanshen Sports Centre Stadium

【Customer Profile】 Located in Shanghai's Pudong New Area, this 160,000 sqm multipurpose stadium accommodates 20,000 spectators. Formerly home to Shanghai Shenxin FC, it has served as the home ground for CSL powerhouse Shanghai Port FC (formerly SIPG) since 2021. 【Scope of Work】 Elite tournament lighting standards were mandatory. The system was engineered to deliver 2,200 lux average illuminance, U0 ≥0.8, and Ra >80, ensuring full compliance with the 2018 AFC Stadium Lighting Guidelines. Our tailored solution successfully balanced these stringent performance metrics with the project's budgetary constraints. 【The Solution】 We deployed 320 FL12M-1000W High-Performance LED sports luminaires (5000–5500K). A smart networked control system was also incorporated, providing remote switching, dimming capabilities, and real-time power monitoring.

The project demanded a highly versatile sound system capable of delivering exceptional audio clarity across diverse event configurations and modular layouts. 【The Solution】 Installed by Texen, the new GEO S12 line array system features 10 strategically deployed loudspeaker clusters, including two larger 6-module arrays facing the main grandstand. The system is powered by three NXAMP4x4 amplifiers equipped with Dante cards, ensuring seamless signal routing and uncompromising audio performance.

To align with modern standards and ensure its continued development, the facility underwent a comprehensive reconstruction on its original site in 2015. 【Scope of Work】 The reconstruction project required a one-for-one replacement of the existing 1000W metal halide fixtures. As tennis is a sport with virtually no margin for error, the lighting system had to provide the ultimate visual stage for athletes.
